Coln Residential pride themselves on being a quality house builder, they have a proven track record for building award-winning homes. For the launch of their new site in Brent Knoll, Somerset consisting of 3, 4 & 5 bedroom homes; we were asked to produce the sales materials to promote the site. The development occupies a site that backs onto an apple orchard, subtle apple motifs can be spotted throughout the design work to hint back to the location.

A brochure containing inserts for each of the house types was created to promote the location, site and individual homes. Other material such as leaflets, digital and printed ads, banners, custom emails and signage were also produced.
