Meva-Seas is a luxury development consisting of 4 homes constructed in Mevagissey Cornwall. Working alongside Complete Property and Mitchell Property Developments we were tasked to design the identity, brochure and promotional material for the development. The 4 detached homes have sweeping views of the coast and countryside making them truly special.

The identity took its direction from the surrounding landscape using the water as a creative reference. The brochure was kept clean and simple to give it a feeling of luxury and quality. supporting drone footage was taken to show the area and typical views that could be expected for potential residents.
